To Joshn

+1 from me - makes the guidance more universal too.

Subject: Clarifying the note on VRS and VRI in RAUR

Hi all,

We have had a comment from Gunnar about simplifying the note relating to VRS/VRI in RAUR. He is suggesting that we change the title of the issue to 'Text and Video relay services', and rather than mentioning the situation in the UK/US - the Note simply says - " To successfully connect video or text relay services should not require a complicated sequence of user actions." [1] [2]

I like this, as I think the heading change is simpler and same for the note. Any objections or concerns to either proposal?

Thanks

Josh
