RE: Wiki page on accessibility of remote meetings created

To the RQTF

I’ve added a few points to the wiki regarding the accessibility of content that is critical to the running of a meeting, and the need for accessible embedding of remote meetings within an education/LMS context. I could expand the later into a full section if interested.
