XAUR edits - removal of Scenario references

Hi all,

FYI On further review of the XAUR in prep for publication, I noticed 
that we refer to 'Scenarios' in the document in several place, but don't 
actually outline or mention any in more detail. So I've removed 
references to Scenarios  in the XAUR.

So it is purely clear User Needs and Requirements - works well IMO.

Any comments or concerns let me know.
