Accessible RTC user needs and requirements - comments

Upon reviewing the latest version, I haven’t found anything that would preclude seeking wider review by the APA Working Group early next year and moving toward publication of the first public working draft.

There are minor editorial issues that can be addressed closer to publication. I also think some of the notes could be clarified (e.g., statements that certain issues are not WebRTC specific, even though the document is much broader in its scope than matters specific to WebRTC). For example, user interface concerns arising in real-time communication applications that are not fully addressed by WCAG guidance are relevant here, if there are any.
