Authentication reference list update

Hi all

I added some further references to the Authentication list, at:
https://www.w3.org/WAI/APA/task-forces/research-questions/wiki/Authentication_references

It’s still not an exhaustive list, but I think gives good coverage of c. 20 key publications in our area of interest. Note that the references on this page are still heavily focused on accessibility, though a couple have a more general HCI focus.

A quick scan of the paper titles will show several that discuss CAPTCHAs, so we also have some significant overlap between the two collections of references on the wiki. If it would help to produce a better separation, let me know.

A couple of other comments:

* I made some adjustment to the formatting of each entry, so there’s now a consistent set of information for each, effectively a subset of the categories that Scott’s list used.
* I've included an indication of any restrictions to accessing the full text version of each paper, but I haven’t yet done a more detailed search for pre-publication versions that might be available without restriction. So, versions of a paper currently identified as being restricted access may well be freely available from an author’s web site, or institutional repository, for example.
* The primary URL used for each paper’s source is its location in an online library. We might want to update this with the paper’s DOI as its canonical link.

This might be enough for us to get started with dividing and reviewing?

Dave
