Survey: choosing an ongoing teleconference time

Dear Research Questions Task Force participants,

Based on discussion at the meeting today, we have created a survey with which you can express your preferences regarding an ongoing teleconference time for this Task Force. We have participants from three continents - Europe, Australia (both east and west coasts), and the east coast of the United States already, which suffices to create a scheduling challenge.
