[RIF-PRD] Please, check corrections in PRD

Gary and Adrian,

I made a few modifications in the PRD spec [2] to correct reported bugs 
(see the errata page [1], where all the bugs and corrections are 
explained).

I think that the revised spec is ready for publication as 2nd edition: 
could you, please, have a check at the correction and corrected version, 
and let us know if you agree?
