5. XML syntax for Import (15 mn) 

- The WG passed a resolution during F2F13 [5], that states that "In the 
XML syntax (for Core, BLD, PRD), the xml-schema type of both arguments to 
import is an anyURI -- NOT rif Const element(s).  Harold would like us to 
reconsider that resolution. 
  * See Harold's summary of the issue and proposed solution [8] and 
following thread [9-10]
 * Shall we overturn that resolution and change the XML syntax for Import 
to comply with full-stripping?

*PROPOSED:* Resolve one way or the other, per discussion during telecon

6. BLD equality/NAU tie-up (15 mn)

- Even without equality in the head, the implicit equality between NAUs 
with different ordering of the arguments implies an infinite number of 
axiomatic equality facts (see Michael's email [11])
  * What shall we do about that?

7. Implementations (10 mn) 

- Review known implementation work [6] 

- How to encourage testing?
