Each document needs to have a description of changes since the last (December) version. If it's quite short (a paragraph or so) then, it should just go in the Status of the Document section. To put it there, put it here: http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wiki/Round_8#Per-Document_.22Summary_of_Changes.22 If it's longer than that, it should go in an appendix, with a summary in that Status section, linking to that appendex. (Please make it a properly working link to the relevant appendix on the wiki; I'll rewrite it during publication.) I note that BLD and SWC each have appendices like this, but they appear to be quite out of date, listing only changes between July 2008 and December 2008. It's okay (even good) for that text to remain, but it should be reframed to make it clear what it is, and the changes since December should be added. Also, references to "Last Call" there should make clear that it's talking about "First Last Call", not this "Second Last Call". -- Sandro
