Sorry, I have a meeting tomorrow that will likly run well into the RIF telecon, but am happy to scribe on Tue, Jan 27. Harold -----Original Message----- From: public-rif-wg-request@w3.org [mailto:public-rif-wg-request@w3.org] On Behalf Of Chris Welty Sent: January 19, 2009 3:27 PM To: Public-Rif-Wg (E-mail) Subject: Scribing duties for RIF telecons In my analysis, the WG has dwindled down to a very small number (13) of active members who attend telecons regularly (see below). With the chairs, Sandro, and Jos (who has a note from his doctor) generally excused from scribing, this leaves 9 people who can possibly scribe. In order to avoid the "coming late to avoid being chosen as scribe" syndrome, fairly distribute this task and get our telecons started on time, I'd like to start rotating the scribing duties on a more regular basis, in the order below (starting with Axel). Each week, we will list on the agenda who is next up for scribing and who is the first alternate. So, for tomorrow, Axel would be up (but already sent regrets) so Harold is our scribe and Leora is the first alternate. Missing a meeting won't change the rotation. To help us more accurately plan, please try to post regrets before each Monday, when the agenda goes out. Regrets are to be recorded at http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wiki/TeleconRegrets (there is a link on the RIF home page). If you haven't posted regrets and see yourself listed as scribe or alternate, please let the WG know so we can plan ahead. Thanks, Chris Active RIF Telecon participants =============================== ChristianDeSaint-Marie ChrisWelty SandroHawke JosDeBruijn AxelPolleres HaroldBoley LeoraMorgenstern AdrianPaschke StellaMitchell GaryHallmark DaveReynolds HassanAitKaci MichaelKifer -- Dr. Christopher A.
