Draft meeting minutes: 9 Sep 2008

Please correct any omissions - it was very hard to scribe and join the 
discussion as well.

In the discussion on Core I believe we passed the proposed resolution:

PROPOSED: Core will not have named-argument uniterms

but the RESOLVED version didn't make it into the IRC logs. In cleaning 
up the minutes I've added that as a scribe-note.
