This is totally inaccurate. Neither BLD nor FLD drafts had any reviews.
What was previously reviewed was a mashup of FLD and BLD in one document, which was called "BLD". The current BLD document is a totally different document, which I rewrote almost from scratch.

So, FLD received as much (or little) review as BLD.
