Apologies for the late notice, but I will not be able to attend today's 
conference.

the swc draft.


My actions are continued.

I started a page [9] for collecting the replies to Jeremy's e-mail to 
the comments list [10].

  I have a preference for 1b,  because it is simpler, but I'm not
