[Admin] No formal telecon today (but if you want to chat...)

All,

I just realized that I did not post any notice about today's telecon.

As usual right after a F2F, we will not have a formal telecon. However, 
I will be on IRC at the usual time, and available on Zakim, if you want 
to chat about what happened during the F2F.
