Yes, the (Manchester) OWL (Java) "API" (Toolkit) [1] is supposed to
parse the OWL 2 Functional Syntax (their presentation syntax). We still
have the question of how we'll actually use this code -- who is writing
the test case manifest/processing code -- but there's probably no big
reason to disallow OWL Functional syntax in our test cases.
