      - Ill-typed litterals (issue c in [6])
      PROPOSED RESOLUTION: RDF litterals where the lexical form  is not 
part of the lexical space of the expected datatype ("ill-typed 
litterals") will be translated in BLD as URIs of the form 
http://www.w3.org/2005/rif/rdf-ill-typed-literal/uri-encode("s"^^u),
where uri-encode is a function which appropriately encodes a typed
literal ('s' is the ill-typed litteral; 'u' the expected data-type).
      - entailment regimes (issues ii and iii in [7]) [8], [9]
6. Architecture (20 min)
    * Naming conventions [10]
    * (if time permits) continue discussion on meta-data [11], [12], [13]
