All, The editors have frozen a version of the CORE WD which is available through the frontpage of the wiki as the March 16th Editors Draft. This should be (modulo simple editorial changes) the version we release as our 1st Public Working Draft. Let me remind everyone of the resolution we came to at the f2f and the resulting process: We accepted the WD modulo changes reflected as actions on the editors from the f2f. On March 27 we will vote as a WG that those actions have been completed and thus to release this draft as a WD. Within the next 11 days (until March 27), please read the frozen draft to be sure you are satisfied that the editors actions have been fulfilled and the required changes made. In addition, over the course of the next 11 days the editors will accept *simple* editorial fixes, typos, etc. that do not impact the intended content. This process does not mean that members of the WG cannot raise issues with this draft - it means that no new issues can block the publication of this WD, rather they will be discussed for the next WD. You are free to raise such issues, of course, with that understanding. -Chris -- Dr. Christopher A.
