Sorry, but my ACTION-328 (to produce an XML Schema for RIF from the
abstract syntax) will not be done in time for this week. It's turned
out to be more complicated than I thought. (I had earlier made some
simplifying assumptions, such as the one that each property would only
be used with one value type (range), and then I forgot I had made that
assumption. So, I need to make deeper changes to the code than I left
myself time for.)
