All, I added the non-specification of a naive mini PR extension to Core on the wiki [1]. It is not a specification, because I did not take the time to specify precisely the semantics of neither assert or retract: any standard specification will do for the purpose of discussing the extension. The relevant section is thus the one describing the compatibility with RIF Core, where fallbacks etc are specified. This completes action 318.
