[Admin] draft minutes of call 14-Aug-07

Please find attached draft minutes for this week's call.

Executive summary:
1. Use cases: everyone should review.

2. Discussion on BLD-RDF compatibility: this may be lite in the minutes
as the scribe was lost by about sentence 2 of Jos' proposal. Further
discussion likely via email. Main issue seems to be whether some subset
of RDFS is best for RIF, or not.

2. Discussion on BLD-Frames: mostly around scope of RIF per the
"subclass" construct and whether the semantics of subclass should be
inherited from the donor data/object model or explicitly defined in RIF.
Discussion continued in emails.

Errata:
A. Some missing names per Zakim. 
B. Possibly the generated action was wrong (per scribe snafu).
