Paula and I have finished our current phase of reorganizing the  
requirements.

The wiki page http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wg/wiki/UCR has been  
extensively reorganized and now forms a coherent use case and  
requirements document.

Since I will not be at the F2F I look forward to hearing the feedback  
on your successful conclusion :)
