I just wanted to thank everyone for helping out today to make the telecon run so smoothly. Most people did follow the process and I think the result was obvious and a significant improvement over last time. We're all still learning but this was a very positive step towards productive meetings. I apologize for my own procedural missteps (in particular, not monitoring the queue closely enough), but these will improve as we get used to it. We managed to end early, due mainly to the recent holidays I think, so don't take it as a sign that future meetings will last an hour! Happy New Year, -Chris
