[RIF] Input to use case analysis effort

Hi Allen,

I don't know how useful this may be, but we performed a similar analysis 
over the first 6 months of the
ODM development - use cases for UML-based ontologies and 
interoperability between conceptual models
from an OMG viewpoint.  There is a chapter (7) in the current ODM draft 
that covers our analysis, and
related paper that came out of this work, presented at WISE 2004.  I've 
attached the paper in case it is
helpful. 

The ODM chapter doesn't add much over this, but the entire document can 
be found at
http://www.omg.org/docs/ad/05-09-08.pdf.  A new version will be posted 
1/23, but this chapter will not
change in the revised document.
