Hi, I've substantially changed the Decision Support Use Case, following the very helpful comments that I've received. The changes include --- making clear exactly where rules interchange/interoperability are necessary for the decision support systems --- adding specific examples of rules used --- explaining the functionality added by the RIF --- pointing out how these features carry over to other (non-medical) domains, such as the military and investment banking. Adding this material made the use case much longer, probably beyond tolerable levels, so I took out some elements of the narrative, specifically the part dealing with Fuzzy Reasoning with Brain Anatomical Structures. Thanks to everyone who sent in comments. I've tried to address them all in this new draft. The new draft can be found at http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wg/wiki/UCR/Decision_Support and http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wg/wiki/Decision_Support (long version) Please let me know if you have additional comments. Sincerely, Leora
