[UCR] Use case review

Some comments to the Use Cases and suggestions for possible
section renaming.


2.1. Information Integration
-> Merging of Multiple Sources of Information

I thought that this case is not only about integration of
different rulesets, but also other representations, eg, OWL, RDF.
The main role of rules here is an explicit representation of
transformation from various (possibly remote) representations
into a local, uniform one.

The next paragraph (the job seeker scenario) can be dropped.

Some example of rules would be helpful.
