I ask just 2 questions of each use case: 1. is it obvious that rules are being exchanged? 2. is at least one rule written down? A "no" to Q1 results in a "not approved" for the use case. A "no" to Q2 requires editing. The edits for Q2 should be coordinated so that all written examples of rules look similar (although of course we haven't specified that yet). Use Case Q1: RIF? Q2: Rule?
