This will help significantly with planning the next few weeks of work. 

Notes on this survey:

   * All questions are optional; if you can only answer some of the
     questions now, go ahead and do that.  Fill in the rest later.

   * You can revisit the form and change your answers at any time
     before it closes (Tuesday, unless we extend it).

   * All answers are available to people with W3C Member Access.
     Follow the "Results" link on the right side of the survey to see
     what other people said.

   * Only one answer will be collected per organization.  If someone
     else from your organization has already filled it out, you'll
     be editing their answers.  (It'll tell you this near the top.)
     Please co-ordinate with other people in your organization to
     produce a unified response.
