At the moment, only 5 people plus the two chairs have posted regrets for 
the 15 Aug telecon.  If that is accurate, we will not cancel the telecon 
and Sandro will chair it.  The decision will be made at the telecon 
tomorrow (8 Aug), please post regrets to the meeting wiki page 
[http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wg/wiki/2006-08-15_Meeting] before 
tomorrow's telecon.
