Support for the Social Web Working Group charter

I heartily support the draft charter as proposed for the Social Web Working
Group. The Social Web Incubator Community Group has been diligently working
on updating and maintaining the normative specs as well as working with the
community of developers to incubate further additions and recommendations
to these specs. I believe it makes sense to charter a the working group for
the purpose of continuing this work.
