Comments:

1. We are concerned with the apparent slow progress of this Working Group.
The editors of the specs appear to be in good faith lacking the time to
help move the specs forward, for reasons unknown.

We suggest exploring more
efficient alternatives for iterating and evolving
these documents that require less editor time investment in order to make
forward progress more quickly.

Others have suggested possibly migrating the
specifications that have
multi-implementer interest and/or implementations to WHATWG. We would
support such a migration if the editors of those specifications would be ok
with doing so.

2. We are even more strongly concerned that there appears to
be a slight
weakening of the exit criteria by removing a bit about security &
privacy.

We request that the current/previous charter's text regarding
security &
privacy be restored. We can file a PR accordingly if there are no
objections to restoring that language.
