Retracting Formal Objection to CSS WG Charter

Hello All,

I'm writing to notify you all that Brave is retracting our Formal Objection to the CSS WG charter.

We’ve received assurances from W3C and WG members that the group is working on, and intends to find, a solution to the fingerprinting concerns around local fonts. Brave will stay engaged with the WG and the issue to make sure the issue is fixed and the fingerprinting surface in the spec is addressed.

If, though, the issue is still unaddressed by the time the next CSS Font Module spec comes for AC review, we expect to FO to that spec. Our goal in all this is to ensure that the privacy issues in the spec is addressed and resolved.
