[wbs] response to 'Call for Review: Spatial Data on the Web Working Group Charter'

The following answers have been successfully submitted to 'Call for Review:
Spatial Data on the Web Working Group Charter' (Advisory Committee) for
Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et en Automatique (Inria) by
Fabien Gandon.

The reviewer's organization suggests changes to this Charter, but supports
the proposal whether or not the changes are adopted.

Additional comments about the proposal:
Inria supports this joint activity between W3C and OGC and the proposed
group with this charter

But Inria would like to suggest that the groups considers the following
changes for the next charters and groups:
 (1) The name of the group could be changed to cover spatio-temporal data
since of the “Time Ontology” is one of the spec covered by the group;
this should be discuss with the OGC.
 (2) Alternatively, some topics could be in a more specific group such as
“Semantic Sensor Network Ontology”(should be Web of Things Working
Group? Digital Twins? other?), or the “Time Ontology”

These are only suggestions for discussions in the group.

The reviewer's organization intends to participate in these groups:
   - Spatial Data on the Web Working Group

The reviewer's organization:
   - intends to develop products based on this work.
