Review of Media Queries 4 requested

Dear everybody,

The number of open issues [1] on Mediaqueries Level 4 [2] is approaching zero. As the editor of that specification, I anticipate that fairly soon, after the remaining open issues have been resolved, I will ask the CSS-Working-Group to publish an updated CR.

Therefore, I would like to encourage review by anyone with an interest in this specification. The previous CR [3] is from 5 September 2017, and there has been a fairly limited amount of changes since then. The Changes section [4] is up to date, and a disposition of the comments received since that previous CR is available [5].

As a reminder from the specification's abstract:

> Media Queries allow authors to test and query values or features of the user agent or display device, independent of the document being rendered. They are used in the CSS @media rule to conditionally apply styles to a document, and in various other contexts and languages, such as HTML and JavaScript.
>
> Media Queries Level 4 describes the mechanism and syntax of media queries, media types, and media features. It extends and supersedes the features defined in Media Queries Level 3.

The preferred way of sending feedback is to file issues at https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues, using [mediaqueries-4] in the title. To make tracking and addressing issues easier, a separate issue for each problem to be addressed is preferred over a large issue describing all concerns found during a review.

At this point, the feature-set of this level 4 draft is intended to be stable, and additional features are being developed in Mediaqueries Level 5 [6]. Requests for additional features, if any, should be filed in the same github repository, but should use [mediaqueries-5] in the title.

Best regards,
—Florian Rivoal
