Considering the fact that Fraunhofer is a renowned reearch organisation I would also say that this document is disingenuous by claiming support for the "open source browser community" but not even mentioning open source operating systems and the associated communities (which includes the one around Firefox OS). And - of course - they also mention that all of this is about the "open web". But at the same time one can also draw the conclusion from the "whitepaper" that Fraunhofer and Microsoft agree that DRM is incompatible with Open Source operating systems. Cheers, Andreas
