You've suggested a couple of times on the list that people opposed to the EME proposal are in some way opposed to free markets and capitalism. I can't speak for others, but my opinion is that a free market is the only moral way for a society to operate; the alternatives are various levels of slavery and / or warfare. No-one here (to my knowledge) is arguing that companies should not be free to work on DRM, or that customers should not be free to accept or reject DRM systems by voting with their wallets. All we're arguing is that the W3C is not an appropriate place to standardise DRM, or interfaces to it.
