Is that the right spec being referenced? The bug references "CSS Image
Values and Replaced Content Module Level 4" with a link to
http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-images/
But I see image-set in CSS Image Values and Replaced Content Module Level 3
not Level 4:

I was going to put this in the ticket itself, but nothing about the ticket
references image-set so I was unsure whether your link to the bug was
pointing at the wrong bugzilla ticket or if the bugzilla ticket was
pointing at the wrong spec.
Or I'm crazy. :-)
