Demos!

All,

I want to thank you guys for pitching in on `picture` demos. We’ve received a handful of pages from RICG members (and still counting), and we’ve put them up on http://demos.responsiveimages.org/ just in time for the presentations at the W3C’s TPAC.

Extra thanks to Anselm Hannemann for taking point on the demos; getting them pulled into the main repo and posting them to the site.
