I'm having some trouble understanding steps (4) and (5) in the RDFa processing sequence as defined here: http://www.w3.org/TR/rdfa-syntax/#sec_5.5. Specifically, I can't parse the following text: <quote> "if the element is the head or body element then act as if there is an empty @about present, and process it according to the rule for @about, above;" </quote> I don't get what "the rule for @about" is that the text refers to ... but I am guessing that the idea is to treat the empty @about as a relative URI and resolve it against the value of BASE. So that in effect BASE gets used as the subject of the triple if the current element is <head> or <body> and there is no @about present. Is that correct? Thnx.
