New version of Microdata and RDfa extractors

Dear all,
Our extractors [1] <#1> [2] <#2> are now able to process content created 
by JavaScript scripts. We don't want to process all (possibly) 
unnecessary scripts, therefore ONLY the scripts annotated with

itemtype="http://schema.org/WebPageElement/Script" (Microdata)
or
typeof="http://schema.org/WebPageElement/Script" (RDFa)

are processed.
