  1. Close the following issues, official response was sent, multiple
     reminders to respond were sent to each comment submitter:
     ISSUE-46, ISSUE-66, ISSUE-67, ISSUE-69, ISSUE-70, ISSUE-72,
     ISSUE-73, ISSUE-74, ISSUE-76, ISSUE-78, ISSUE-79, ISSUE-80,
     ISSUE-81, ISSUE-82, ISSUE-84.
  2. XML+RDFa does not assume an about="" on the root element. If
     authors want to generate a triple, they must explicitly set the
     subject.
  3. RDFa Core 1.1 and XHTML+RDFa 1.1 should proceed into the 2nd Last
     Call with a publication date targeted at March 29th with a Last
     Call period of 3 weeks from the publication date.
