Resolutions
  1. The current RDF API document should be split into two documents -
     the RDF Interfaces and the RDF API.
  2. The generalized triples approach, (node, node, node) should be
     kept in the RDF Interfaces document.
  3. FPWD after 1. change RDF API title to RDF Interfaces; 2. get to
     RDF API doc later; 3. make today's editorial changes and add "work
     in progress" disclaimer.
