default prefix versus no prefix

We need to be clear on the terminology.

	Default prefix : rel=":foobar"
	No prefix      : rel="foobar".

@vocab effects the latter but not the former. RDFa Core 1.1 appendix
C.1 says:

> You can define a default prefix (via @vocab)
