It was me who contributed the original code that added RDFa to the
validator output, and made this mistake. I later contributed a fix,
which was checked into the validator's CVS repository, but there hasn't
been a release since then. Oliver Theroux was the validator's main
developer and arranged releases and such, but IIRC he's no longer
employed by the W3C. I don't know who, if anyone, is now responsible for
validator releases.
