editorial change suggestion in primer

Hi,

I had a colleague read the RDF 1.1 Primer, and she suggested a small
addition :
in section 4 :

Type restrictions on the subjects and objects of particular triples can be
defined through *domain* respectively *range* restrictions.

She suggested to add "respectively" at the end of the above sentence. I
think this indeed makes things clearer.
