All,

We just had the second transition call. The director was satisfied with 
our work and gave the green light for PR of Concepts, Semantics, Turtle, 
TriG, N-Triples and N-Quads and for PER of Schema and XML Syntax.

All documents will be published tomorrow 9 Jan, as planned.
