The Candidate Recommendation period for JSON-LD 1.0 is over on October 1st 2013. We have received no major change requests to the specifications and we have six implementations, two of which pass every test. We should make one final pass through the implementers to see if they are going to submit updated implementation reports and then move to proceed to PR.
