RDF/JSON

Hi Guus,

Per our discussion this morning I updated the RDF/JSON draft so that it 
uses the latest bibliographic references.

The document should be ready for publication:
https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/rdf/raw-file/default/rdf-json/Overview.html

I checked pubrules and the only problem found was the said references. 
Once the related documents are published this should be solved.

Let me know if there is anything else I need to do.
