RDFS-inconsistency of a strange RDF graph

Hi:

On further examination of the -Semantics test suite, I am having problems 
figuring out why
/rdf:type rdf:type rdf:type .
/is RDFS-inconsistent.

Does anyone have a rationale for this?

This shows up in the 2004 tests.
