The only occurrence of the term "error" is in the following sentence: "Such a case, while in error, is not syntactically ill-formed." The term error is not highlighted and not defined as a concept of RDF. It is merely used as an explanation. It has not been introduced here and now. It dates back to RDF 2004, even being introduced as early as January 2003.
