Peter, the simplest thing is probably to add the following code <script src='https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/rdf/raw-file/default/ReSpec.js/bibref/biblio.js' class='remove'></script> right after <script src='https://www.w3.org/Tools/respec/respec-w3c-common' class='remove'></script> This will overwrite ReSpecs biblio DB.
